Cameron Pasemko was born and raised in the Okanagan, and the region has always been home. His connection to the Okanagan has shaped both his appreciation for the area and his approach to building here. After finding his way into construction, Cameron quickly discovered a career that suited him—one that combined hands-on work, problem-solving and the satisfaction of seeing something take shape from the ground up.

For Cameron, good building comes down to doing things properly, staying organized and paying attention to the details. It’s a practical, grounded approach that carries through from the first conversation to the final walk-through.

Today, Cameron is a Red Seal carpenter with Gold Seal certification in construction management. He still enjoys being involved in the work itself, while also taking on the planning, coordination and problem-solving that go into bringing a project from an idea to a finished home. Cameron continues to expand his knowledge as building practices evolve, including specialized training in Net Zero and passive housing. That combination of hands-on experience, construction knowledge and continued learning has shaped the way Semko Contracting approaches every project.
